Eli and Kirk were so helpful with me needing a major repair on my car. I felt confident that they would make sure that my car would be ok. They diagnosed the problem and was honest about what I needed and after the work was completed and I drove off, I immediately called the shop back and said how nice my car is driving and that they really did a great job. Kirk is an excellent Mechanic/Technician. He really knows what he is doing and fully explains and gave details of what services were performed. Again, I couldn’t be more happy. Eli was super responsive and gave me avenues to ensure the work got done quickly as it was a necessary service and they knew that it was something with their expertise could accomplish. I suggest any and everyone that wants their vehicle ( baby) left in good hands to go to their shop. Oh and each shop offers different incentives in terms of diagnostic fees. This location really worked with me and valued my concerns. I hope I don’t need to return for major work to be performed; however, they do provide a host of other services that I can return for as far as routine maintenance.
