Dug is absolutely one of the best people that I’ve had as a service advisor. My tire was flat and he stayed after close as triple A was late to dropping the car off to them. They honored the warranty on the tires that I replaced with them last year. They still were able to repair my tire after close and I was able to pick my car up the same day on a Saturday. Very transparent and Quick !

The people at Meineke on Park Avenue are amazing. The mechanics are the best I have ever seen very cordial very friendly. The owner is without exception a regular guy down the Earth. I appreciate all that they did and everything that they explained to me that was the big pot. It was almost like they went pot by pot and what they did and then some things that happens and why that was the best experience I’ve had so far getting my car repaired getting a fuel injector placed in the car and a few other things thank you guys for everything.

I rarely write reviews, but this business deserves it. Two different mechanics could not find a leak in the AC of my Tacoma, and they both told me that the only other place it could be, was the evaporator, since no dye showed anywhere. That entails to take down the entire dashboard, which is very expensive. I looked for a place that, in addition to dye, uses an electric sniffer, to confirm that the evaporator was the actual problem. Meineke was the only place I found that had one. I took my car there and in half an hour they determined that the evaporator was not a problem, because the sniffer didn't detect any leak in that area, and that the actual leak was from the cap on a port of the Shrader valve that was screwed on twisted (maybe there is also a pinhole in the condenser but they will confirm in three weeks on a follow-up appointment). Add to that the extreme kindness of the owner and you have an A+ business. Definitely recommended.

I have been using this facility for about 2 years. My first visit was for a load exhaust and I expected that everything from the manifold to the converter needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when it that the pipes had separated and the repair was extremely reasonably priced. It hard to find repair shops you can trust, that will just do what is needed and sell a bigger job. They could have easily sold me a major exhaust repair with out me questioning it. The fact they didn't has earned them a loyal customer. They have done brakes front and back, front end work, and oil changes. I recommend them without hesitation.

I stopped by Meinke for some more "Car Care." My car must love the "Care Center", because it returned again the other day . Seriously, the pros/mechanics get the job done and the General Manager, Doug, a personable gent has an extensive resume. So if your car needs some attention, give amiable Bill a call and schedule an appointment for your beloved automobile. October 30, 2025 Trick or Treat! I was planning to write another Google Review, but the site reminded me, "You have already submitted a review." So what! Coach John Wooden, UCLA Head bball coach told me personally, "... no one gets sick of compliments." During the week, Meinicke Care Center "operated" on my car again--- this time it was a brake job. Then my wife's car needed an emergency service due to a leaky tire. Chief Surgeon Doug accommodated my wife's experienced Ford Fusion and his able mechanic had all the tires checked and replaced a valve stem on the leaky tire. Thanks Doug, your personable attitude and expert service is always a "TREAT!" February 16, 2026 Zero can be a wonderful number. Yes, home now---just received my official Meineke "invoice" and $0 is a wonderl #. I appreciate that my "points" paid for my oil change, inspection and Julie mentioned that I can wait on my directional signal issue( at Meineke, honesty is always the best policy). My friend Phil who picked me up at Meineke and "delivered" me back---well, we concurred; Doug, Bill, Julie and the mechanics are top notch in our "Book." Wed, April 29, 2026 Son and family arriving tomorrow from Ireland. Of course and I agree, bring her car in to Meineke Care Center knowing that my son and family will be driving her car on ocassion. So Doug and his team checked the car over and declared that the car was in good shape and just needed a scheduled oil change. It's a good feeling to know that my wife's car is "Good to Go "
