Good service. Promptly looked at my truck by appointment. Inspected, diagnosed and estimated a few repairs. Took the time to answer questions. Replaced the muffler while I waited.
Engine warning light came on. Meineke diagnosed the problem as a vapor leak and needed to do a smoke test. Said it would take a couple of hours to find and fix. The shop was busy but I asked if they could possibly fit me in at this time as I lived a distance away and would wait because I had no ride home. Upon further examination, the techs found a corroded fuel pump, a broken stabilizer/sway bar, shock / strut problem, rusted brakes. Because the cost of repairs was unexpected, the manager clearly explained which items were safety issues and needed immediate attention. Others could wait. I decided it was prudent to have all repairs done at this time. They provided me a ride home; repaired everything by the next day and provided me with a ride back to the shop to pick up my truck. I have been a satisfied customer of Meineke for years. The staff has always been truthful with me, courteous and helpful. Frank
