Meant to leave this review a while back. But I brought my 2011 Tacoma here a few months ago. It just needed an oil change and had a rattling noise that was getting annoying. I should add that I’m one of those people that prefers to go to a mom and pop shop over chain places… well, I don’t trust any of the mom and pop shops I used to go to anymore so figured I’d give meineke a shot since it was conveniently close to my work. They did a great job and I was surprised at their prices. I believe it was around $45 for the oil change and they were able to cut off the bracket that was making the rattling sound for a reasonable price. I even had them replace the air filters since I was happy with the price and had been meaning to change them myself, I usually refuse that at most places since they are easy to change. I would recommend!
Ben Stenovitch,I called here to get appointment because a engine maintenance light was coming on the gentle men that answered the phone listened to the problem I was having and told me that they couldn't get to that day one Monday but if I would like to bring it in I could drop it off and if they could get to it that day they would call me and let me know it was done other wise it would be Tuesday so I ended up leaving it over night And on Tuesdays they called and told me the problem and I told them to go ahead and fix it so they did and they called me when it was finished Thanks for fixing it on good timing I give this place a five star

Marc Iannuzzi,Went in for muffler repair, after the exhaust piping connecting my muffler to the preceding exhaust system rusted through (muffler was detached and non-functional). I had questions as to whether the existing muffler could be welding back onto the piping. The team put my car through a multi-system inspection and also found issues with tire wear, rusting in the undercarriage, and low oil (despite an oil change <2000 miles ago from another provider). The mechanic answered all my questions, and explained by showing me the undercarriage of the car, that the condition of the exhaust piping from about halfway down the exhaust system was in no condition to be welded to (it was much too rusted). He explained that the only way to repair the muffler itself was to replace the back half of the exhaust system. This explanation made sense to me, as he showed me the condition of the pipe and it was clearly weakened from rust. He also suggested as a rule of thumb to check my oil every time I pump my gas (something I hadn't heard before but a good idea). I declined the offer to get my tires replaced or to have a complete oil change, but went ahead with the recommended exhaust replacement. The person working the desk found the part within minutes and ordered it within 10. He gave me an estimate for the full repair (both cost and the timing for its completion), and offered to drive me somewhere if I needed a ride (this meineke was on a busy road with the sidewalks unplowed after a big storm). The repair was done in the estimated time window, and they even added some new oil to my engine (didn't charge for it). I think this location does a good job of providing important information, and delivering on their estimates for cost of repairs and time of repairs. I don't have comparison for cost of service (relative to other places), but it seemed reasonable. I would describe the experience as straightforward and helpful.
