July 9, 26 UPDATE: I recently returned to Meineke for an oil change and tire rotation, and my opinion hasn't changed. The service was once again outstanding. The quality of the work is consistently excellent, and I continue to appreciate the honest, professional advice. The customer service is second to none. Guy, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cares about his customers. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without pressure, and makes you feel confident that your vehicle is in good hands. Finding an auto shop you can truly trust isn't easy, but I've found one. I highly recommend Meineke for quality work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service. They've earned my repeat business. ********************** I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit has been consistently great. Guy is always professional, easy to talk to, and runs a tight operation. Whether it’s scheduled work finished faster than expected or stepping in to help when I showed up without an appointment, they’ve always gone above and beyond. That level of service is rare. Reliable, efficient, and done right every time. Nothing but the highest praise for this place. ********************************* UPDATE: Long story short, it’s 12/30/25 and my Massachusetts state inspection is due tomorrow. I had already purchased the filters and felt confident going in, since my lights, brakes, and wipers were in good shape. When I visited Meineke last month and mentioned to Guy that I would be getting my inspection done soon, he took the initiative to look the car over for inspection-related items and even replaced a rear window wiper for me at that time. As I began changing the engine air filter at home today, one of the screws that secures the air filter housing would not budge and ultimately stripped. The inspection station is directly across the street from Meineke, and since I had been there recently and remembered Guy, I decided to take a chance and stop in without an appointment. I reminded Guy that I had been there about a month ago and explained the issue with the stripped screw. They easily could have told me they didn’t have time, or simply removed the screw and sent me on my way. Instead, Guy immediately brought my car into the bay and had one of his mechanics take care of it. While doing so, they noticed the new air filter sitting on the front seat and went ahead and installed it without me even asking. I waited in the lobby, and when Guy pulled my car back around, there was no charge. They absolutely did not have to do any of that. They went well beyond what was expected, and I genuinely appreciate ending the year and starting the new one with that kind of service. I will be back shortly to take you up on the quote for my brakes. Thank you, Guy. That was exceptional customer service and a true class act. When I arrived for my appointment, it was an easy check-in process, and the work was great. I waited in their small lobby, but there is a Dunkin Donuts literally next door, if you decide to wait. I've been going to Meineke Car Service ever since I owned my Lexus, and now they take care of my Toyota. I can honestly say I've never had a single issue with my vehicle after they've worked on it. They're always honest, knowledgeable, and do the job right the first time. Finding a mechanic, you can truly trust isn't easy, but Guy and his crew earned my trust over the years. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. If you're looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and people who genuinely care about their customers, this is the place to go!

My son's car broke down on the interstate and he was able to limp it to the nearest repair shop, which happened to be Meineke. It was a Sunday night, so I drove an hour to pick him up and we left the car there. All I could tell from looking the car over was that he had some sort of coolant leak so we didn't want to take a chance driving it another hour. I called Meineke as soon as they opened the next day and talked to Guy. I told him the situation and he told me they'd check it out as soon as they could get to it. Barely an hour later he called and told me that it was a belt that had come off, so it would be an easy repair. I told him to go ahead with the repair, and another hour later he called back to tell me the car was good to go. New belt on and tested! We drove down and picked it up. We were prepared for the worst,and they could've really taken advantage of us, but they were honest, professional, fast, and very reasonable with the price of the repair! All in all, a great experience! Thank you Guy and Meineke!

Very knowledgeable and helpful folks here. They are happy to give detailed information before doing work, and have texted me photos of my car’s issues so I can see what they’re seeing. I trust them and am very satisfied with the multiple thousands of dollars I’ve spent here!

I really appreciated the honest diagnosis when the problem turned out to less involved (and less costly) than I believed it to be when I walked it. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online and the folks there were very nice.
