After having bad experiences, at a couple of other car repair places, I pray on my situation. And, I decided to take my car to Meineke on Oak St. in Brockton. The previous place that I took my car to, in Cambridge, misdiagnosed my leaking transmission fluid situation. The repair that they made didn't fix the situation. When I took it back to them. They said they didn't have the part to fix it. So, I had to drive to O'Reilly's to buy transmission fluid, so that I could make it home. A decent shop should have done that for me. Meineke in Brockton was the answer to my prayers. I made my appointment. I explained my dilemma to the mechanic. He examined my car and explained to me what was going on. They actually cleaned the fluid from the bottom of my car, so that they could see where the fluid was coming from. They also fixed my exhaust issue, which had happened recently, from me driving over a pothole. And, the price was reasonable. I am so happy that my Baby Blue is driving well again. My lesson learned is that, I shouldn't let just any mechanic, touch my car. I will be taking my car to this Meineke for future repairs.

My experience with Meineke in Brockton was a lot more pleasant than with Meineke located in Quincy southern artery. Meineke in Brockton gave an appointment time and worked on my car at the specific time. They were even cheaper than the unpleasant and unreliable Meineke in Quincy. I would return to the Brockton location even though is further out from where live. It’s not fancy but it is cheaper and reliable.
After finding that the Stoughton location was closed abruptly, I called the Brockton location and the front desk manager told me to come in and they can take me in right away. Communication was great, service was great and they had my car fixed quickly! I definitely recommend this location and will use them again.
I was greeted promptly on arrival, had a clean, comfortable chair to sit on while waiting, and my car was all finished with in about 40 minutes. Even using my emailed coupon was easy to do.
