John Barthe,Great repair shop. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I went in swearing that my brakes gave out and I would need a whole new braking system. I don’t know when to stop talking. They told me to relax and wait to hear from them. Soon I heard it was just a broken brake line. My brakes were fine and the brake line was repaired. Far, far less than I anticipated. Kind, helpful and super honest. They are now my new repair shop.

The only reason I'm giving this visit a 4 stars is the employee that serviced my vehicle gave the worst customer service experience I have ever had to be subjected to in a business. However, John reached out immediately after to apologize for the encounter, and he told me that the other two employees who witnessed everything fully supported me.

It would have been $189 to get someone to check it because no lights were on said they couldn't fix all transmission problems. I said I'd rather go to someone who could check and fix it. She was nice enough to refer me to someone a few blocks away. That went beyond to help me. God bless and may you do well for your kindness.
