After an atrocious experience with the AAMCO in St. Matthews, I was referred here from the St. Matthews AutoZone. I'm so relieved that Meineke was able to fix the issue with my transmission. They also caught another impending situation with my rear differential (again, caused by AAMCO) and IMO went above and beyond. Dan was not put out that I mistakenly arrived after they'd closed and willingly helped me. Dylan was equally obliging and I know that their caring and professional demeanor has earned them a lifelong customer. (Also, do not go to St. Matthews AAMCO)

They not only got my car in instantly, but also fixed the belts and replaced the water pump all in ONE day, updating me throughout the entire process. The customer service was honestly the best i’ve ever had at any car shop in my experience. They were nice and very thorough with everything they did.
