Our 2010 Honda Odessey experienced TOTAL MECHANICAL FAILURE in the midst of the storm and in heavy traffic . Our vehicle required towing and fortunately for us we located Manager Ron Carroll’s Meineke Automotive Center near by. By the Grace of God we reached the Auto Repair business safely and concerned to have our vehicle repaired . Meeting Manager Ron Carroll and his amazing Staff Jenny Brumley and Accomplished Mechanic Thomas DiLorenzo was heaven sent . We were greeted and comforted from our ordeal and assured a complete diagnostic of our van would discover our needs for a complete repair . As we discussed cost Ron, a prior service Army member , recognized my prior service and offered us a discount to help our financial need . A major repair of replacing the alternator was required and repairs were professionally made . We found Ron and his staff extremly professional, knowledgeable , courteous and affordable . They made us comfortable and updated updated us on their progress . We found the business to be clean, comfortable and proficient . We were treated with respect and were assured our vehicle was mechanically safe to continue our travel . daniel carlile,Fantastic experience, came in off the interstate with an unknown issue and grinding, popped in this shop here for some help and Ron at the desk was quick to assist us, got us in within a short time. Thomas did great work diagnosing and repairing the problem quickly. Overall an emergency that could have spelled disaster for my plans became a very pleasant experience, and I was in and out within 2 hours. In addition to that they make for some great conversation if you need to sit tight for a while.
