I recently took my 2017 Ford F150 into Meineke in Radcliff, KY for a major maintenance day, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. The manager at the front desk (who rides a Harley) was friendly, professional, and immediately made me feel at ease. He explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the day. The real standout was mechanic Kevin. He went above and beyond by personally bringing me back into the shop to show me every single thing that was done on my truck. He took the time to explain the work in detail — why it was needed, what the process involved, and how it would benefit the truck long-term. That level of transparency and customer education is rare these days. They performed the following services perfectly: Replaced the cracked exhaust system Engine oil flush and change Transmission oil change Front and rear differential oil changes Battery replacement Coolant drain and flush Tire rotation Brake fluid drain and flush They also conducted a very thorough inspection of the brakes, suspension, alignment, and other safety systems. This is exactly how car maintenance should be done. Excellent mechanical work combined with outstanding customer service. I felt respected, informed, and completely confident in the quality of the work. 4 point wheel Alignment. Normally I do most of my own maintenance but not wheel alignments. Best left to pros who have the right equipment. I had replaced wheel bearings and lower control arms and new tires. This shop is fairly new and have the latest technology. Price was fair and even got the military discount. Car tracks correct and tested at speed limit😁happy with the service and love how the communicate the status/updates with text and email. Staff was courteous and straightforward on prices and completion time. Would come here again.
