My husband and I had a very unexpected event happen while we were visiting in Louisville, Kentucky. Our car was vandalized and we did not know who to turn to. We took a chance and went to the Meineke center on Shelbyville Road. We could not have been more pleased with the service and care we received. They worked us in, got the parts needed and had us back on the road Pricing was fair and upfront with no surprises Everyone we dealt with was helpful and competent Highly recommend

Plus they did a full inspection on my vehicle and gave me tips and pointers on things I should be looking out for. I would definitely use this location for future needs.

I got a complete assessment with pictures and organized by critical issues and those that could postponed to another day. Very helpful information. I also had new brakes, pads and rotors installed, which was a critical issue. Nick was very informative. I felt I had been educated on my car. BTW, I decided to keep the car. I love Toyotas and am glad I can have confidence that Meineke will be straight with me and not try to convince me to do things that might not be necessary right away.

There WAS some kind of mistake and the wrong part was ordered or something. The part I actually needed was more expensive, but they ate the difference. This was my first trip to Meineke. I was very happy with the speed with which they got my car in and diagnosed the problem. They didn't have good news for me unfortunately, but that's not their fault. I only dealt with one person and I was happy with that interaction. Oscar was personable and gave me good advice, which I took. I don't have a single bad thing to say. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that there wasn't really enough to go on. They didn't actually fix my car. It wasn't worth it, so I bought a new one. I'd been planning on it anyway. All that said, for the last 9 years I've been going back to my old neighborhood to the mechanic I've trusted for many years. But it is a bit of a trek and there are other reasons I won't go into that it's a pain. Purely on the strength of the great impression I got of Oscar and how quick they got to me even though they were obviously busy, I'll be giving Meineke my business next time I need repairs to see how they compare to my tried and true mechanic in the old neighborhood. Meineke is a LOT closer and if they compare favorably I'll happily post a review with 5 stars.
