All I wanted was air in my tire. I literally left Firestone tire from being treated rudely and went here and the people were so friendly. I called them while I was at Firestone waiting To be acknowledged after sitting there for five minutes, I called Meineke, which was right down the street. The gentleman answered very polite. Great customer service advise that they can put air in my tire and I did not have to wait. He told me to pull up to bay and they would help me and he kept his word he was very friendly will recommend over and over again

Kim southard,We brought our VW Touareg in to evaluate a valve cover leak. They confirmed that issue, but also identified a leak in the rear main. (The dealership did not diagnose that when they had it in the shop). They referred us to an import shop since this out of their wheelhouse. They did not charge us anything to look at the car. Very impressed with their desire to help, and their honesty.
