The customer service has changed within last year at Broadway St location. Twice I've arrived for a 8am appointment but had to cancel after my vehicle wasn't even Inspected after waiting for 3 hours. Is this standard at all Meineke facilites? There's not usually anyone at the front counter; so you have to wait 10-15 minutes before they notice a customer wants service. There are two bathrooms that are a bio hazard because they're so filthy with feces on the toilets & floor and no paper or soap! So, there's no facilities for customers. I have pictures because it's unbelievable how fowl the rooms are presented to customers. When Stacey was working at the Broadway St. location the place was run extremely more efficiently. Why isn't customer service a priority at the Broadway St location?
Th e manager was so rude on call. ... before giving me any reply on call .. just kept repeating the location address. WHich world he lived in to think being rude will make a customer tow car to Meineke. I checked with many others and they are far well mannered than this rudy.
