They were awesome here ! I came in to get my Rotors done and when they gave us the price we let them know our budget and they did everything they could to get it down to a reasonable price and I got all four rotors done ! Will definitely return !

I had some work done here, and I was very impressed by the personnel and their management. I went there to have an inspection done after another place tried to rook me. When I called I spoke with Rob, expecting to get the same "it's going to take several days to get me in" to my surprise he said come on through, so I did. I have driven pass this place for two decades due to another crew who tried to rook me, so I wasn't very hopeful to get A plus service. Well, to my surprise I walked in with my granddaughter and like me, she was not very impressed by the lobby. I walked in and met Rob (great guy and area manager) he was very upbeat and nice. I was very impressed by his mannerisms, very positive and respectful. Furthermore, I explained that I needed an inspection done, and he quoted me a decent price (considering my last experience). Being a retired aircraft mechanic, I am always on the lookout for the rook. I asked him how long will it take, and he gave me a 45-minute estimate; Kool. So I chilled with my granddaughter and about 30 mins later Rob told me it was done, and they found a couple of things. Uh oh here it comes, he showed me my two filters, one of which was very bad, and the other was not too bad. He said they could change them both, but I only approved one, the bad one. He then told me that there was metal in my brake fluid and I expected low fluid due to when I changed my brake pads I had found a leak and fixed it, but I did not service the reservoir, so good fine! I did not have time for the brake flush, but they changed the filter quickly and my granddaughter were on our way. The next morning I went back in to get my brake flush done and Rob was not there, but I got the chance to talk with one of the mechanics and was impressed my his demeanor. He pulled up the information that rob had put in and also my discounts and went to work. Time estimate 45 mins. He was done in 25 mins, very impressive. Now twice they have come in quicker than expected, and the cost would put any dealership to the same. While there, I met the actual location manager, and he was professional and informative with a positive personally. Once again I was impressed by the mechanics and the management. I left there felling much better than I have left any dealership in a while. Got everything done for around 160 with parts and labor for two days work. Yeah! These are my go too guys now!! It's nice to have a shoe so close that I can trust to treat me right and do a great job, but the lobby does need a makeover, LOL! I mean I had to give them five stars they earned it and my appreciation.
