I don't know how you could improve upon my service experience. I made an appointment and showed up early and they gladly checked me in. I had a groupon and I didn't even have to show it, they found it in the system. He gave me the price on sale and I dropped my car off for them to call when ready. It was ready in a couple of hours. I went to pick it up, paid and was on my way. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the nice man that waited on me, but I was there July 6 at 10:40am.

I love this store. I don't feel like they are trying to pull a fast one on me they listen to what I say. They are always friendly and treat me with respect. It seems like so many other people that come in feel the same way as I do. This entire crew is amazing and deserve the recognition for it.

The staff was friendly and very professional, they got me in on time according to my appointment and they did the work I asked for. They weren't trying to over sell me things that i didn't really need like other places do. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and I will continue to bring my car back to that location for any more work that needs to be done.

I was very satisfied with my service. I went in for an oil change and they were very quick and efficient. My air filter was dirty, Mark at the front desk showed me the difference between mine and one that was clean (which was a huge difference), so I went ahead and had that changed out. I would definitely revisit for my next oil change or any other service.

I actually looked up mufflers on the BBB website and up popped Meineke with outstanding satisfaction. I called the nearest location and Mark Devincentis answered. He was courteous and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him throughout the entire transaction. I trusted his evaluation of the issue. That is hard to find these days! I will definitely return! Unfortunately, I cannot find my bill so I don't know the name of the person who serviced me at the front desk, but I believe he is the one who is usually there because other people coming in knew him by name. I was at the Meineke on Preston Hwy. in Okolona, KY. He was so helpful and friendly and I was impressed that he didn't try to push me into getting anything else done other than the oil change I came in for. He suggested that perhaps the next time I needed an oil change I should also get a radiator flush and some other flush because the fluids were dirty, but he didn't pressure me to get it that day, but I decided myself to do it anyway at that time. I was impressed that he didn't pressure me but told me the truth that it could have waited, but I decided on my own to do it. I will definitely be taking my car into Meineke from now on because I believe he was telling me the truth and not just trying to get me to spend extra money that day. As a single woman, over the years, there have been places that lied to me about what things I needed to have done on my car and they should be done immediately, but I was smart enough to get a second opinion and either got it done considerably cheaper or found out I didn't need it at all. But I feel I can trust Meineke to do what I need at a great price (both of the flushes were on sale). So I give Meineke and the person who serviced me an AAAAAAA++++++ and will be relying on Meineke to service my car in the future.

I had a service appointment scheduled with a factory service center that was going to cost me 79.99. I paid $18 for this same service at meineke, and I had my car back in an a couple of hours.

Having had several bad experiences with a few different car shops and my mother having a bad experience at a different meineke I didn't come in with high expectations. However I was proven wrong I was talked to its respect and not pressured into doing work that wasn't needed. They mentioned that I would need fluids replaced in the next few months and mentioned there was a deal currently and they would note it on my account to honor it when I came in next. That is above and beyond what needed to be done. I'm a female in my 20s and every time I've taken my car in they give me a laundry list of things that need to be done. However I later find out that it wasn't needed at all. I didn't get this at all and in fact the guy said my car was in great condition. I appreciate this and feel like I can trust this Meineke to not only fix my car but be fair in price and not try to take advantage of me. A first since I have moved here. So thank you so much.

This was my first time using Meinkeke and I felt the manager and technician took their time with me and was very thorough. I left there feeling that if I needed repairs for my car I wouldn't hesitate to take my car there again.

I made an appointment the day before, but who I spoke to did not enter it in the computer. When I got to the store, they promised to get me in even though my appointment was not in the computer system. Mark Devincentis was the manager at this store and working the front counter that day. He got me right in and was very nice and knowledgeable.

Mark was very professional and straight forward. He inspected my fathers muffler, told us what he thought was wrong with it, and he was 100% correct!! It is hard to find a good mechanic these days (even though there is one on every corner) and even harder to find a mechanic you can trust. He seemed like a good guy and didn't try to rip us off. So I say thank you again to Mark. And my father will be back if he has anymore car problems. (Which is pretty much a guarantee. Sadly. Haha) And I already recommended Mark and meineke to my other family members and friends. And will continue to do so until I'm proven wrong!!! Thank you all again!! Always great customer service. The manager Robert was straightforward with what I needed to do with my car repairs. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need to do with car unlike the other place that charged me an arm and a leg.
