I was out this day wasting time waiting to pick upy two dogs from a spay/Neuter procedure. I needed to get an oil change and had some time left so I pulled in to inquire of the wait time, etc. One of the guys came out & I asked him if they would honor a coupon that I had found online & he said yes. I decided to go ahead with the oil change & handed him my key. The oil change & inspection were completed & he told me I had a couple of tires that would need replacing soon and asked if I wanted a quote. No pushing to buy right then, which is probably the biggest thank you they could have offered me. He then asked for my email & said he would send me the prices for the tires via email.
