I’m from out of town and had a flat on my way home from work. Called meineke because it was the closest. Tire was not in stock at this store but was at another meineke location. Was able to get towed (not from meineke) and have my car dropped off there in 35 min and the tire was there waiting on me. The person that answered the phone was named Jason. As distraught as I was, Jason reassured me he could get me taken care of. I was able to get my tire changed, in and out in about an hour. More than reasonable since I didn’t have an appointment and there were other cars in the shop. Other than my flat tire (lol) I’d give these guys a 6 star if I could. Also of the 3 tires places I called, meineke was the cheapest.
Great experience! The staff was friendly, and honest, and the service was quick. The manager Jason was especially helpful, professional, and honest. He explained everything clearly and didnt try to push extra services. He was quick to get the ball rolling with silverrock and never hesitated to gove me an update on it when I called and asked about it. He even went out of his way to give me a courtesy call the next day to go over things thst might have been missed at pick up. I would definelty recommend them for all your car repair needs.
I never thought I’d say I had a great experience getting my vehicle worked on…but the Manager, Jason, was very helpful and professional though the process of working with my warranty company. He went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of and treated fairly. Warranty companies are not always easy to work with, but this experience was pain free. I will continue to take my car needs to Meinke and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to make sure the job is done correctly.
We had our brakes worked on, our oil changed and the engine light problem checked. The new management and team did a great job and finished earlier than expected and the price was lower than we expected.
Jason was extra nice and full of info about my car. Being a female most men just over look over us because we don't know anything lol not Jason he actually listen to what I said about my car. They aren't cheap but they are quick. I got my car the very next day. So it really is equal. 5 days and 500 or 1 day and 2500. So my gut tells me that they are good and honest. In today's time that's a fabulous quality to have.
