If you need a trustworthy mechanic shop, go here. I took my backup vehicle, a jeep wrangler, in for an oil change and engine warning light, it was not just a warning, and it was way more than I could afford to do at the time and the owner was very helpful and honest about not doing anything until I could fix the big issues. Took it home and brought my main vehicle, a sonic, in today for heat problems, which i thought would be the more expensive fix, and they figured out the problems and fixed it within a few hours for a very reasonable price that came in under the quote, which was a very nice surprise. Honest shop, very knowledgeable people, and best of all they have a shop puppy!

I was told I would wait for three hours and it was nowhere near that long of a wait. They handled the problem less than 15 minutes after taking my vehicle back. Honestly have nothing but positive things to say about the group of guys that work at this establishment, all around great business and interaction.

I was suspicious, so I got a second opinion from Meineke. It turned out my rear brakes were fine, and the front brakes were getting close, but still serviceable. I replaced them anyway. The total was about $400. I greatly appreciate the honesty, integrity, prompt service, and great communication from Meineke Lexington.

The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out fast without any hassle. They also checked my battery to make sure it was still functioning properly (since I had to have it jumped earlier in the week.) Charlie checked it multiple times throughout my service and let me know there was no need to spend the extra money at this time. He also cleaned off the gunk off of the connections at no charge. I highly recommend them! It’s always nice to find a shop that’s both efficient, honest and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle.
