I brought my car in because the check engine light came on with error code P013E. The technician checked the code, cleared it, and after verifying that it didn't return, he didn't charge me for his time or assistance. He easily could have tried to sell me a $400 part that I didn't actually need, but instead he was honest, professional, and genuinely helpful. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. He's earned my trust and my business for as long as I live in Lexington. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

Thanks Again!❤️ Update Sept 2025- Charlie and his crew are EXCELLENT! would not take our 2 vehicles anywhere else, consistently professional attention, care and results what else could you hope for. And I SO appreciate the straight no bull approach I get from Charlie!! Took me awhile but we finally found someone and a shop that we can trust!! THANK YOU GUYS ❤️ 2024 update: Have had service on 3 vehicles - oil changes & other general maintenance, brake work, and more detailed repairs, ALL done promptly, reasonable costs, and happy with quality service. It’s SO important to trust not being “upsold” and the work always fixing what’s needed and nothing more! Thank you to Charlie, technicians, and staff!! Appreciate having you to call on to keep our vehicles going! Update October 19, 2023: continue to have our 2 vehicles serviced for routine service (oil changes, etc.) and for major work as needed. Just this week had SUV in for new set of tires, oil change, and new wipers, and again received excellent service! Fit my vehicle quickly with quality set of tires, within my price range, made my ride much smoother. Also used my Meineke Card and was able to get 12-month payment plan to spread out the cost (which is great for budget)!! Cannot recommend Charlie and technicians enough- check them out!

While on the road, we experienced a serious issue with our car, with the warning system and temperature gauge indicating our engine was overheating. After determining that the coolant level was fine, and the warning system still indicating a problem, we knew it was not safe to drive the car. Having read positive reviews about Meineke, we reached out to Charlie, who reassured us that if we had the car towed there, we would get answers and a resolution to the problem. He was a man of his word. After a thorough inspection, Charlie called us with an total cost for the repairs, and rec'd our okay to proceed. We appreciated the knowledge, honesty, skill and fair pricing at Meineke and would not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation for car services and repair.

My go to place for auto repairs. Most recent was the AC on my 2007 Infiniti abruptly quit working. The technician checked it out and found that the compressor needed to be replaced. I knew this was going to be an expensive part. I picked up my repaired car later that day turned on the AC on and in a jiffy I was driving a “refrigerator” with wheels. Cool again! And I know it was the best place to have taken my car to get a fair repair price. I’m pretty sure it was a couple hundred dollars or more cheaper than most shops in Lexington.

Kind of stupid for admitting this but this was my first visit the Meineke in Park Hills even though I’ve lived in the neighborhood for many years. Just wanted an oil change for my SUV. After reading all the positive reviews and kind remarks about Charlie I gave them a try. Local businesses survive for a reason: honesty, integrity and service. What impressed me most was the quick service on a busy Monday and, while waiting, the number of obvious repeat customers coming through the door. I’ll certainly be back.
