Thank you to the staff of Meineke on Metcalf. They cared for my Ford with such care a young woman could only asked for. I want to especially thank Mr. Jared for always being so nice/professional whenever I called for an update. The service may not have been completed when I called but he made me feel secure to know they were doing everything they could to get it done quickly but correct! Thank you to the mechanics I appreciate your work!
When I bought my car, a Hyundai Tucson, it had some weird knocking noise every time I turned the wheel. We took it to Firestone and they thought it was a wheel bearing but made no efforts to ensure that was the right fix. The moment I pulled out of the Firestone parking lot, the noise happened again. We decided to go to Meineke to see if they could help. I told them the sound was coming from my steering column, and I watched as two of them worked together to figure out the noise, even going so far as to bring out a stethoscope. They helped explain everything to me as the process went along and were very patient and understanding as I got the financing figured out. I so appreciate their help and I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that noise anymore! I also want to add that, as a woman, I felt very comfortable being there alone and in no way felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge about cars. They were very kind and considerate.
