I was in town for my daughter's wedding and my car was making annoise and jerking motions like transmission was going out, i was soooo upset thinking I would breakdown on interstate going home to Evansville almost 4 hrs away! I drove in told them my situation and that I was gonna add transmission fluid but my car has a sealed transmission and I couldn't do it myself without tools! 😭 They said they would check the codes and tell me what was wrong and if it was safe to drive home and I only had a limited amount to spend I just prayed and prayed it wasnt major after n about 15-20 mins the manager came back and transmission was good and fluid but oil as low and I needed to get it looked at when I got home no major leak! I wa sooo ecstatic, and sooo grateful then I ask what do I owe ya the manager said nothing just get home safe! That was the nice thing to hear our safety meant more than being paid for his services! There is still decent humans out there! Im soooo grateful and blessed! Thank you Mieneke you made this girl a believer in mankind!
Jolene Walden,The customer service was fantastic, and it only took a few hours of service. They were incredibly patient with my arrival timing changing due to my car being towed. Only thing is my automatic windows no longer roll up on their own, not sure what to do about that. Overall 10/10 awesome people, total to replace the battery and my brakes was $1283 UPDATE: my windows work just fine now, will be returning to get my fuel system flushed!
