My tow vehicle was idling poorly, and I was unable to figure out why. I was staying in INDY for 4 days including a weekend and was desperate to find someone to look at it. After striking out elsewhere I called the East Street location and talked to Shawn (sp?) the service manager and he told me to bring it in. The techs looked at it over a couple of days and were unable to find the cause, especially since it drove well at speed and threw no error codes. But on the 2nd day one of the techs noticed condensation dripping under the air intake area and realized that the engine had an air leak between the air filter and the engine. The air intake assembly had come partially disconnected duriing previous work. The tech reasssembled everything properly and that solved the problem. The van now runs great. When I picked up the van, Shawn told there was no charge. He said they normally took that assembly apart during free inspections and there were no parts involved. Back home a shop will charge $50 to $100 just to look at a vehicle. Thanks Shawn! You and your crew were a major answer to prayer!

Kay Garmon,Let me start my review with a "Thank You" to the Meineke Car Care Center staff on duty yesterday, (Tuesday 2.10.26), as they truly took care of my friend`s vehicle issues. She is a single mother who was stunned to find "gunk and goo" under her oil cap. The manager, Champ, (even with staffing issues), took the time out to not only offer vehicle pricing affordable options, but he also provided a detailed overview for all of the parts and labor needed versus wanted, to flush and refill her engine fluids properly. The gentleman also included the diagnostic services for my coworker! Awesome work Champ. Awesome work indeed. Thank you. This needed mention. 2.11.26
