Let me start my review with a "Thank You" to the Meineke Car Care Center staff on duty yesterday, (Tuesday 2. 10.26), as they truly took care of my friend`s vehicle issues. She is a single mother who was stunned to find "gunk and goo" under her oil cap. The manager, Champ, (even with staffing issues), took the time out to not only offer vehicle pricing affordable options, but he also provided a detailed overview for all of the parts and labor needed versus wanted, to flush and refill her engine fluids properly. I've had nothing but great experiences at this particular Meineke. Each time I've visited they've been pleasant to work with, fair on pricing, and in a few items have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent same day turn around for all my visits.
Not only was the lead mechanic Paul kind and very knowledgeable he was hot! !!!! I'm about find more problems with my car so I have a reason to go back!!!!
