Typically in the past I haven't been a customer of meineke for various reasons . (Pricing , expansion of phantom work that really didn't need to be done but was only quoted to expand the bill ) However, after arriving at my scheduled appointed time I soon realized that even through they are undergoing a reconstruction of the internal operations at this particular branch. Being under staffed trying to figure out who's who and what's what concerning past overdue work (under the previous management ) and taking on new work in order to keep the doors open in order to keep the meineke name in good standings I soon realized .they conducted business very professionally and instilled a level of professional confidence that made me feel pleased to be a customer . I was so pleased that never wanting to be a customer in the past due to long past images. I would feel much better and far more likely to return as a meineke customer in the future so thank you reginal manager and the 2 mechanics that were on staff that most would be overwhelmed in the present circumstanced but kept their cool and professionalism during such a trying conditions thanks again. P.s.thanks for the AC in my truck it pays to keep cool.

I went into Meineke frustrated because it was hot outside, and my air conditioner was not working very humble, qualified, and well aware of his job. His name is Thatcher. He was very professional, very compassionate and patient with me and explaining to me what’s needed to get my air going and he did just that and I will go back to him again and again and we recommend him to anyone great job that you’re even under pressure. You held your composure and remain professional and for that I thank you and you have a customer in me for as long as I’m driving. Thank you so much. I appreciate you and all that you do. Had a great experience at this location. Trent Ingram greeted me very polite, very respectful. He was very busy when I came to this location. When my vehicle with in he kept me informed with everything. He did a great job. Price was really reasonable, the tech guy was very precise on his work as well. I will be returning to this location. I’m also sharing this location with friends, family.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Meineke. I called 30 minutes before I arrived regarding an alignment. I have been going back-and-forth with another dealership about repairs for my car and they’ve let me drive off three times stating that they gave me an alignment after the services, but my car was pulling. I have 2 hour commute back n forth to work and occasionally my son drives my car. Thatcher and his team were extremely sentimental and thorough. I drove off the lot feeling comfortable and safe after the repairs which is something I haven’t experienced in the past month after spending close to 2 thousand dollars. I highly recommend visiting this location. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and won’t try to upsell you services that aren’t necessary or they aren’t equipped to handle.

This was my 1st visit to Meineke. I made an online appointment last night for today at 1:00 p.m. for front brake job, but I called this morning around 10:00 to see if they could complete the job today and Brad said "Well if you can bring your car in right now, we'll have a better chance at getting it done today!" I was there at 10:30 at 12 noon I received a text message/link with a picture of my car, the complete inspection report and recommendations, which were only front brakes, rotors, and caliper sliders everything is good! I then received a call from Mike with the estimate $416.00 including taxes and warranties on the parts! He said the work should be completed in about an hour or an hour and a half! I will definitely be back for rear breaks work soon! TUESDAY 3-31-2026 Well, I'm back again almost 10 years later, different car, (2022, Chevy Trax) same repair issue! I called early yesterday morning spoke with a very professional young man by the name of Thatcher (Patrick) who set up the earliest possible appointment that I asked for, 9a.m. to get a "FREE" break inspection! No "whatever the price of the inspection is it'll go towards the repair cost!" So I was there a couple of minutes after 9a.m. Thatcher checked me in explained that there were two cars ahead of me and as soon as one was completed, that my car would be pulled into that slot. He told me that the inspection would be done in about 30-45 minutes and it was! He told me that I needed front brakes and even offered to show me how worn they were, which I was very impressed by! I declined because I felt pretty comfortable after the offer to see them. Thatcher gave me a really reasonable quote, said that my car, would be ready by the end of the day and that someone would call me when it was ready! Well, I took an Uber home was there for a couple of hours decided I had better check my calls/text messages and Meineke had left both of them! I immediately called them back and sure enough it was ready! I just want to say how much I appreciate the professional service of the repair team, and a very special thank you to Thatcher (Patrick) who was very personable and went above and beyond, communicating everything step-by-step throughout the whole process!!
