Surprised to get this survey. Look at your records to see that I did not get my oil change done. I made an appointment to get this done. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was then told I would have to wait behind others that were already there. Asked the employee how long I would have to wait. He said atleast 1-1/2 hours at best. Why did I make an appointment? I just told him to take me off the schedule. I left and made an appointment at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I know I will be taken good care of. Very disappointed the way this was handled. No real concern from the employment at this location. Indianapolis on West 38th St. The manager was not there at that time. I know she would have handled this better. Atleast she would have tried to figure something acceptable. Have dealt with her before. She is a very nice person and very professional.
