My experience was great from the start, I walked in already having a bad morning because my car problems, and the man at the front desk was swell, super kind, and he let me know how long it would be and how much, he wasn’t pushy about trying to upsell anything either which I can’t say about other mechanics, I will be returning in the future.
I have been bringing my car here since i bought it, Chris has always made sure I'm taken care of as best as he possibly can .
Very professional but laid easy to talk with. They made sure you needs was taken care of.
Just went in as a walk in, no appointment, when I had the time because I knew repair shops are busy and run off appointments. They fit me in when they could. Again I understood I would be waiting a bit because I didnt have an appointment and left my entitlement at home. Needless to say they got me taken care of.
