Meineke is truly a Car Care Center, not only they check your car for your concerns, they do much more. They check about everything, and take pictures so you can see that you have other issues. We needed that because not only we needed an oil change, and brakes, we needed a engine air filter, we needed Ball joint shown from the pictures. They provided us transportation to go back to get the wallet that was left at home 🏡 and back to the shop. The young ladies at the front desk were very polite and concern. They would tell you about their payment plans that will help you with your payments if you are shot on money. Have you ever been helped like this ? They will always get our business. I had a 2:00 appointment fir oil change. Service was co.pleted about 3:45. I had some issues with oil/grease on my door handle and floor mats. When I mentioned this to Imelda her and Ben immediately took care of my concerns. I then had to return the next day as my oil reminder information had not been reset to where the vehicle le would notify driver of how many miles until oil change or how many miles over oil change. Thank goodness again Imelda and Ben. Thank you both for yiur immediate and quick pleasant actions to get everything taken care of for me. So overall Ben and I hope I have name correct as Imelda receive 5stars. Service techs 3.

I brought my car here after another auto shop failed to take care of my vehicle. Ryan, the GM, was very quick to get me an appointment and they were very communicative about what was wrong with my car and what they’d do to fix it. It took a couple days to get the older part for my car but they did great work. When I picked it up I had a “Check engine” message so I went inside and they quickly ran the computer codes, said there was nothing wrong it was just a pop up from when they fixed the engine. Overall great store!
