From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely exceptional! They were friendly, professional, honest, communicative, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of my the Nissan Rogue I brought in. What makes my experience with Meineke even more impressive is what I went through BEFORE finding them. I had previously taken the Nissan to another automotive service company on two separate occasions for the same problem. Unfortunately, communication was practically nonexistent unless I personally reached out to the owner of the other auto service company. I wasn’t provided an estimate beforehand, and after having the vehicle twice, I ultimately picked it up only to be told there was nothing wrong with it. Yet the problem remained. Then came Meineke … and what an incredible difference! From my very first interaction, Meineke demonstrated exactly what outstanding auto service should look like. They listened, communicated clearly, provided a quote BEFORE performing the repairs, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. Best of all, Meineke found the problem and FIXED IT RIGHT THE VERY FIRST TIME! Something the previous automotive service company had been unable to accomplish despite having the vehicle twice! Due to a huge error caused by another business, they adjusted my bill accordingly and advised me what I needed to do to fix actual problem. They were both very professional and kind in explaining the problem to me. I would definitely recommend this Meineke to everyone. Definitely met my expectations above and beyond. Great service!
Janet Cole,I ran over debris on I-65 in Indiana during the storm before daylight this morning. Not long after, I could hear a piece of the under carriage plastic hitting underneath my car. After stopping and realizing I couldn’t do anything on my own, I made it to Franklin, IN and the wonderful men at Meineke right after they opened. I explained what happened and they took my car (after I woke up and unloaded my grandkids and dogs) immediately to see if they could fix it. In no time it was fixed and we were back on the road with nearly 200 miles left to go. Thanks to these gentlemen, I didn’t have to worry if my car and subsequently, my grandkids would be ok. We arrived safe and sound. Thank you so much for your help and smiling faces when I wanted to scream. Highly recommend this location! Quick, friendly service. :)
