Originally took my jeep in for an oil change, the technician found out that my brakes were bad and I needed replacement. I was quoted a price and I honestly believe that they overpriced the quote. The technician Cory was very professional and I was satisfied with the work that he done. The service advisor Chris was very knowledgeable but I wasn’t impressed, the first mistake was that he ordered the incorrect parts, this made me wait for the service even longer and then after I settled up with the payment he handed me someone else’s service invoice. He granted me a military discount but I believe that he could have sweetened the deal with more discounts due to the fact that I had to wait longer because of his mistake. And let’s not forget that he never offered me information on the $100 visa gift for service over $299, which I believe should be more because of what I ended up paying for my service of over $1600. I’ve been a faithful customer with Meineke for over 10 years now.
Was able to get an appointment quickly. The job as done when promised. My dad used them several times for oil changes and tire rotations. He was always giving them praise.
Unfortunately our new (to us) car needed a rear differential replacement. Luckily, we were able to get in with Meineke! Tim was so patient with all of our questions and when things were delayed due to parts, he kept us informed. We are so grateful for this group!
