Well, again I chose Meineke to fix my car! I choose them because I think the employees, (manager to mechanics) they seem to know/discuss any issues and how they are going to fix them. They discuss with the customer as well, to keep you “informed”. This time the problem was my brakes and rotors. They all worked as a team to figure out the problem, order parts, do the installation of the parts, as I relaxed in the spacious customer lounge. Really, when you have a team like this, you get the best experience possible; always polite, and a roomy waiting room for customers to relax, read, watch tv, get work done, or just relax and reboot your energy with coffee, tea, water, and restrooms! I enjoy the low-key atmosphere so I can relax and de-stress before my car is finished too, and getting back on the roads, and getting to work or heading home. They even applied a coupon to my tab to save me some money! I still back the “Meineke team”! If you haven’t tried them, you will never know how good they are! I even bought them some Gatorade bottles for them to drink on hot, busy days “in appreciation” for their time they spent diagnosing the problem, securing parts, and completing repairs, and I made it to wiork on time! I truly like Meineke and continue to use them. Try them sometime and compare them to other car repair shops. They might end up being a favorite place of yours too!
Diane Cline,Yes I usually deal with Mike he works on Tuesday his my fav but I drop it off on a Monday and Chris assisted me he was very nice and we had a good conversation and he listen to my concern I went for a oil change but had a concern about sumthn eles going on with my truck he found out wat the issue was and took care of it and I had my truck back the same day thank u guys

Sukumar,My wife and I were in a really big pinch on friday. Her brakes we're nearly gone. Everyone we called would only be able to get us in the next week. My friend told me about Meineke in castleton, so we gave it a shot. Miike Snow squeezed us in first thing Saturday morning. They ended up finding the ball joint was shot as well. The repair guys worked really hard to get this done same day for us and finished it before closing! Got us a good price as well! We really appreciate them getting us taken care of so quickly. Own a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 130k miles and first time it ever needed repairs and it needed quite a bit of work done on things I didn't know about and didnt need work on things I thought I did. I had both suspension and engine work done, They made sure the process was easy and informative from the initial estimate to the finished product. They also completed my car in a very timely fashion and I havent had any issues with any of the work that was completed. Would recommend to anybody looking for any kind of repair.
