They discuss with the customer as well, to keep you “informed”. They work as a team for you to get the best experience possible; always polite, and a roomy waiting room for customers to relax, read, watch tv, get work done, or just relax and reboot your energy with coffee, tea, water, and restrooms! I enjoy the low-key atmosphere so I can relax and de-stress before my car is finished too, and getting back on the roads.
