Guy, greeted me, got my info, I then proceeded to apologize for taking a nap in their parking lot... informed him that I worked nights so unfortunately I hadn't slept yet. He took it upon himself to get me in earlier and get it done so I could then get home and rest ... they were quick and very informative throughout the time.
