Very satisfied Patrick the manager is very good easy to work with they do good job Patrick is no longer there the guy that is there running the front now is not a very pleasant guy not to mention back when Patrick was there when I had my car into have the air conditioning recharged and check for a leak they found that my third brake light was out so they decided to replace it which was nice no charge but they also did my outer tie rod ends which I knew needed to be done did that but then when I went to pick up the car my electronic trunk lid didn't work also I couldn't put the car in gear cuz they broke the piece that lets the car be shifted into gear so they glued it and then they did something to the wiring took apart my trunk when they did the third light which I didn't really understand what I wound up having to pay for that they said you know it's a gray area I said the third light was nowhere near the wiring that you turn around and had to repair so I paid that I'm not really happy then I took my car in on Monday this past Monday to have the part put in for my air conditioning they ordered the wrong part so they had it till Wednesday Wednesday they said it's all done and they broke cuz I picked it up on Wednesday and drove it home and realized that the ABS light was on so I had to take it back on Thursday and they said oh the clip is broke on your sensor you guys were in that area they turn around and made me pay for the part as well and I think that was ridiculous that I have to pay for a part that they broke the mechanics that you have there I don't believe they're even mechanics they don't speak a lick of English I don't think they really know what they're doing very dissatisfied I would not recommend Meineke at least not that Meineke to anyone after all the experiences that I've had which I tried to be nice the first time around I can't be nice anymore I would never recommend you guys ever again and I expect to hear from you as the owner I know you live in Florida I am very dissatisfied and the guy that is there like I said is not a pleasant guy at all I didn't like him back when Patrick was there he doesn't know how to take care of customers when you walk in what do you want wow not good morning good afternoon what can I do to help you anything like that you're going to lose more customers and you're already lost me and I'm going to have to take my car back again because now my car is not blowing cold air anymore and I just picked it up on Thursday again they just spent more time in your shop then it should have been and every time there's something else wrong I'm really getting sick of this I expect to hear back from you my name is John it's on a Ford Focus
Amazing Service! I got an oil change and my tires rotated and the staff was super nice. They are very honest about the maintenance that needs to be done to your car, and are very genuine people that look out for their customers.
