Visiting from Oklahoma took my 2018 F150 XLT 2.7 Ecoboost to fix my loose fuel door that lost it's tension and would not secure. Which is a common issue with ford pickup trucks. They worked on it immediately at my appointment time and were able to remove the fuel door housing and reinsert the pin corrwctly and properly reenstall the tension clip. They replaced the housing back and it all worked like new again. The staff is friendly, professional and communicate clear and concise while busy. 5 stars well earned.
Gumecindo Tobias,I discovered a screw in my tread At 8 AM. I drove up to Meineke and asked if they could repair the tire before 9:30 because my wife needs to leave. The tech wasn’t sure about being able to fit it in, but I offered to pull the wheel myself in the parking lot and then have them do the repair. They Said they could do that. Alex had it fixed by 845 and I was back home before 9 o’clock. Good repair, good people. I’ve never had a frustrating experience at this particular Meineke.

Sandy Angell,TLDR: Alex is amazing and provided, quite literally, a two-way tie for best experience getting my car serviced. The other one? Surprisingly, a Meineke in Kansas right before I moved here. The longer version: as a woman, I hate taking my car to get serviced. I know that I'm no expert about the workings of my vehicle, but sometimes it feels like car places just try selling you a bunch of unnecessary services. (They very well may be needed, but when I asked questions in the past, I felt like I was being condescended to.) Today with Alex servicing my Subaru marks the SECOND time that I DIDN'T feel like I was being taken advantage of. After completing the oil change and tire rotation, I was sent a copy of the services that Subaru recommends. Before I could finish reading it, Alex called and walked me through everything, what he would immediately service if it was his vehicle, and what was still ok but would need done in the future. I also received a courtesy call before they started working that doubled as an authorization for them to start and another call to let me know the vehicle was done. It is EXTREMELY OBVIOUS that Alex cares about his store and his customers. It's a bonus that Meineke is just a short walk so I can easily drop off my car instead of waiting. My experiences here in the past were ok, but I never felt compelled to review them. May Meineke realize the gem they have in Alex and be able to keep him and his crew!
