We had been servicing our vehicle elsewhere but my son who recently moved here tried the Lenoir City Meineke and raved about the service. I needed to have my brakes inspected, so I decided to try them. They were very professional and honest. I was extremely pleased with the service. While I was there, I also needed an oil change (which I had been doing elsewhere). I asked them if they could do it at the same price as Valvoline had been charging me and they said they could do better. Long story short everything was taken care of they were honest and professional. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

got my oil changed and rotated the tires. I do not remember the guys name that is at the front desk but he helped me.

Bill the manager was very helpful in explaining things to me and telling me what I need it that he was honest to this 71year old man and that I could trust him
