Frank was great and professional. Some of your prices are a little high. I found a cheaper price on the same part that you guys were going to put on. I did come back and have you guys to put that part on. But I was not given a warranty for this last service that was performed.

Franco was friendly, professional, and helpful on the phone and when I dropped the vehicle off for service. He contacted me during the day to let me know the progress, and was also the employee on duty when I picked the vehicle up that evening. Calm, personable. And the work was all done well.

Our starter went out in a restaurant parking lot just a couple of blocks from Meineke, so I decided to have the work done there. I had no previous experience with Meineke, but I was impressed by the level of severe and the cleanliness of the shop. And I really appreciated the fact that one of your technicians gave me a ride home after I dropped off the vehicle. This was my first visit, but it won't be my last! Thank you.
