Had a breakdown late evening and got the car towed here the same night. I expected to leave it overnight without updates, but they actually called once they diagnosed the issue next morning. It was a fuel pump failure. Repair took a bit longer because of part availability, but they prioritized getting it done quickly. The communication during an emergency situation made a big difference. Not many places respond that well after hours.
