The staff member at the service desk was very attentive to what we needed done. The mechanic was very good at finding that we needed a compressor too, in addition to Freon. The air conditioning had not been working right for a long time. Now it works perfectly and it is summer. Both employees seemed very happy they had solved the problem so well. We are very pleased with all the service we get at Meineke.

I love Michael and the guys. They are very likable and honest. I've left valuables in my car and they have not been touched. Mike knows my voice when I call and that makes me feel valued. He tells me what is wrong w/my car and he fix the items that I've asked to be fixed. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend all of my friends.

Always go to the Downers Grove Meineke. The owner, Ed, had been very honest and fair with all repairs needed. I have a Lexus that I have had for 8 yrs. It has over 175,000 miles on it and is in great condition because Ed has made sure if it. I'm hoping to get another 100,000 miles out of my car!!

I LOVE MEINEKE! The guys that take care of my car are very professional and trustworthy! They explain to me in easy to understand dialogue exactly what is wrong with my car and there is no pressure or attitude if I decline any additional services. I have left sensitive documents in error in my car when I've visited and nothing is ever touched our out of place. I would recommend all my friends and family to Meineke!! They are truly the BEST! :-)

I have been servicing my car at the dealer for the last 10 years. the dealer made the mistake of telling me that the meineke down the street can do what you need better cheeper and faster then us. (they said they needed to replace my whole exhaust as they would not patch it) i am very happy i was sent to Ed's store. My wife also has great things to say about Ed and his assistant Jay.

Very friendly. I felt like they explained the issue and fixed the issue without trying to sell additional services that I didn't need . I used to go to Firestone,. I had an issue in the past and Firestone never fixed it. Meineke fixed it the first time.

Ed and Jay are always there when I need them. I trust them completely. They kept my previous car going until almost 300,000 miles. Very reasonable prices and quick service. With all the distances I drive daily, I know my new car in their good hands will drive without problems.

I went in for a regular scheduled oil change for my car. While the mechanic was changing the oil he noticed that the engine had a broken engine mount. He offered to help, but also recommend that I go to where I bought the car because I would most likely have a warranty. He could have tried to have me pay there for a repair, but instead saved me money on a service by having me go to my dealership. Thank you.

Back in 2012 my husband's Toyota Supra needed a new engine. The time frame to find it was 3 months, the Supra sat waiting for this engine and unbelievably found one in Ohio. We were very confident of Meineke's work and the owner's work to please our concerns and needs on all of our vehicles within the household and that's 6 cars now down to 4. We are very pleased with Meineke and be honored to bring our business to them.

I liked how the manager told me my antifreeze was low filled It up. He also fixed my broken battery terminal and charged me a fair amount for the repair. My car is running much better now because they were honest and fair.
