This location is the best. Staff is great and full of knowledge. They don't try to over sell you, they let you know the best options and let you decide. I will never take my jeep anywhere else.

Chirag was my mechanic and he was so wonderful. He found during inspection of my car that I needed a new Serpentine Belt and he replaced it after discussing it with me. I was very happy about this because I was leaving on a road trip the very next day and could have had a BIG problem if the belt had broken. Dee, the receptionist is also wonderful. I came to this Meineke because the one that I previously went to had closed (Crystal Lake, Rt. 14). I am so happy to have found this location. It is only 15 minutes further and well worth it. Everyone has been wonderful on both of the visits I have had. The manager, Stefan Bruckner , is who I spoke to when I called to make the appointment and he was also very very friendly and curtious on the phone. Meineke at 905 Pyott Rd. has my business for life? Thank you!

Stefan is the main reason I keep coming back. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always trying his best to please his customers. I've never been to a Meineke previously before entrusting this Crystal Lake location with all my automotive needs for both my vehicles. On a whim (and a coupon?), I tried this location, and will call them for all my needs that are within their capabilities.
