I had an excellent experience at this Meineke. I brought my vehicle in for a strut replacement yesterday, and by today the job was completely done. The turnaround time alone impressed me. I went through Silver Rock for coverage since I just purchased the vehicle a few days ago. At first, they pushed back on covering the repair, which was frustrating. But Anthony stepped in and really went to bat for me. He fought hard to get the repair approved and made sure everything was handled properly. That level of customer advocacy matters. It showed me they actually care about their customers, not just the transaction.
