I called to make an appointment. Stephanie told me that if I could come right away, they could take care of me promptly. For unseen circumstances they would not be able to take care of me for 2 hours. Long story short both Stephanie and Mike went out of their way to accommodate. I can not say enough about how good they made this experience. I highly recommend this specific Meineke. I will be making an appointment for my other car next week and I highly recommend you consider using this Meineke as well. Today, Stephanie and Mike were God's gift to me. They were incredible.

Altjough I thought I left timely to get ahead of the line for an oil change on a Saturday they worked me in to get my oil changed and fluids topped off to complete all my errands timely. Walter Mcclure,I went in for an oil change because of a coupon (first time) . Pros: they honored coupon, very clean establishment, good initial customer when walking in and when complete, easy checkout and appointment options.Cons: I did ask them not to do tire rotation or inspection on Coupon because I was on break from work. I was asked where my tire lock key was and I reiterated I didn’t want anything else except oil change. I look over my tires are off. I mentioned it again and a full inspection was done and sent to me anyway. The appointment was longer for inspection than just the oil change. I also didn't get the sticker to remind me of my next oil change. Reviews are important to me so let me say I will use this location again and I will recommend them. I'm not knocking stars or employees from having to do their job just communicate a bit better. If this had to be done in order to honor coupon or company rules etc just tell the customer so they know the wait will be longer or offer a waiver sheet to sign. Stephanie at the front was awesome and bonus CLEAN BATHROOM 🤗 I do appreciate the inspection and honestly would go back to get inspection stuff fixed or start with the free estimate for the work etc. just not them doing it anyway and making the wait longer. Still 5 stars.

Greeted me with a smile, enunciation was impeccable, and multi tasked between the phone & "in-house" guests with courtesy and precision. The best CSR I've had in YEARS! In addition, EVERY service guy was top notch too. .MICHAEL, the manager took time to introduce me to ANGEL, his top mechanic who explained slowly and IN FULL DETAIL what auto issue was which allowed me to make a sound decision. There was another mechanic on hand whose name I didn't get; but he made sure to open doors for meand made SURE I was being serviced. The whole EXPERIENCE (03/16/26) was simply AH-MAZING! Will be a return customer FOR SURE!
