⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly had an excellent experience at this Meineke location, and I want to take the time to recognize the entire team for the way they handled my situation. I originally dealt with some issues at one of their sister stores, which was a frustrating experience. When I brought my vehicle to this location, they were very understanding and sympathetic toward what I had already gone through. They didn’t make me feel like I was being brushed off or that my concerns weren’t important. Instead, they took the time to listen, properly diagnose my vehicle, and figure out what was actually going on. The technicians did a great job diagnosing the problem correctly and getting my car fixed. You can tell they have experienced, knowledgeable technicians who take pride in their work and know what they’re doing. The quality of the service and professionalism really stood out to me. I also want to specifically recognize Mike, the store manager. He handled my situation extremely well from beginning to end. He was professional, understanding, and made sure everything was taken care of. Having a manager who actually takes the time to listen to a customer’s concerns and make sure the situation is handled properly makes a huge difference. I also want to give a special shout-out to Kenneth. He was very kind, respectful, and professional throughout my experience. His attitude and customer service were greatly appreciated. After the problems I had previously experienced, this location completely changed my impression of Meineke. They not only fixed my vehicle, but they treated me with respect and made me feel like my business and concerns actually mattered. Thank you to Mike, Kenneth, the technicians, and the entire team for taking care of me and getting my car back on the road. I truly appreciate the professionalism, quality of work, and customer service I received. I got my oil change a mechanic came out and told me I didn't need my tires rotated he did give me advice about driving my car a little bit more to keep the battery charged and it's less stress on an alternator since I don't Drive that far and that often so I appreciate that and I appreciate that I wasn't charged for something I didn't need

Lulu,I called to make an appointment. Stephanie told me that if I could come right away, they could take care of me promptly. For unseen circumstances they would not be able to take care of me for 2 hours. Long story short both Stephanie and Mike went out of their way to accommodate. I can not say enough about how good they made this experience. I highly recommend this specific Meineke. I will be making an appointment for my other car next week and I highly recommend you consider using this Meineke as well. Today, Stephanie and Mike were God's gift to me. They were incredible.
