I really appre ciated all the help and explanations of things when it came to my vehicle.Not only the Manager Andrew gave excellent customer service but the mechanic that performed the work also gave great customer service. They had to jump some hurdles to get things done and did that very thing in a sufficient,timely manner. I felt like a priority. That was a great feeling. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and Meineke at this location should be very proud of these guys to have them as employees. They went above and beyond and I will definitely bring future business to this location.
t f,I pulled into Meineke in Collinsville on a Tuesday morning completely defeated. My Honda Insight had been making a sound that I can only describe as a dying robot having an existential crisis, and two other shops had already told me it was essentially a lost cause. I was one bad diagnosis away from sending that little car to the junkyard. Then Andrew Barnes walked out to the parking lot, listened to me ramble for about four minutes, and said "let me take a look." That was it. No eye rolls, no upcharging me before he even popped the hood, just genuine curiosity and confidence. Long story short, Andrew and his team found the issue, explained it to me like a human being, and had me back on the road in a timeframe that genuinely shocked me. My Insight runs better right now than it did when I bought it. I am not exaggerating even a little. I drive for work. If that car stays parked, I don't eat. Andrew Barnes quite literally kept my life moving, and I don't think he fully understands how much that meant to me. The team there treated my beat up little hybrid like it was a brand new luxury car, and they treated me like I mattered. If you are on the fence, just go. Ask for Andrew. You will not regret it.

I took my vehicle back to Meineke with my brother and my brother explained in detail what was going on with my car. Later that day I was told what was needed. To make a long story short, there was frustration upon discovering what was needed and the cost of the repair and Teddy went above and beyond as well as the front desk worker (sorry I didn’t catch your name) and the owner to resolve the problem and make sure I experienced phenomenal customer service. Thank you so much!

We got stranded here on a road trip and they drove us to a motel and back the next day. They were very transparent to us what was happening. Everyone went above and beyond, it was so appreciated during our hard time during our road trip 💖💖
