I went in for an Oil change… They did the oil change, filled up my tires with air so my lights went off, topped off my windshield washer fluid, did an inspection and found that my engine filter was atrocious from a flood and they replaced it for me. And they even fixed my windshield wiper motor that wasn’t functioning at all… 🙏🏽❤️ Thank you guys so much and extra thank you for removing all my lights on the dashboard ! Highly recommend to everyone!!
I have had an issue with my car for over a year. I have brought it to 3 other supposed reputable mechanic shops in town. The check engine light has been on and it would idle rough. And would randomly die while sitting at a stoplight. $3,000 dollars later... my car was only running worse. I was only driving it when absolutely necessary. I actually brought it back to the last car repair shop 5 times. I spent over 1,500 with them. Each time being assured that the issue was finally taken care of. To get a few miles down the road and the same issues but only worsening. I called Meineke looking for a part that the last place said was wrong then and that the part was discontinued from GM. Meineke asked if I would like for them to look at that part... maybe it could be repaired. I brought it in to them. The part was fine.. not damaged at all. They replaced a few things... it was still giving me same issues. They asked me to drop it off to them. They kept it for a few days to investigate what else it could be. They called and said they were pretty positive they figured it out. They were replacing it for free. I have had the car back for a few weeks and it runs like a new car. It is a 2015... They were extremely kind. And I REALLY appreciate that they took their time... drove the car several times... and did everything they could to figure it out... FINALLY! After a year and alot of money my car is fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Great customer service! I finally have found a place that doesn't feel like I have been taken advantage of and lied to.
Bill was very meticulous in going over my whole truck , did every little detail i asked for and actually went above and beyond . Im impressed !!! I Been a mechanic for decades ...office lady very very good. His staff that helped he was awesome too !! pointed out weak part needed that adressing in future ..i will be back for ac recharge and vooloant change . Thk yu so much Bill & all...
