Meineke has been awesome. I’ve been trying to buy a truck off of Carvana and I’ve brought it to them for inspection both times. They’re very honest with me and helped me avoid a disastrous situation of being stuck in a vehicle that was not good. Amber at the front has been really nice and I wish I knew the name of the mechanic who has looked under the truck both times. I’m really happy with their honesty and how nice they’ve been through a stressful process for me. I will definitely come here for any auto concerns and I am so impressed with the openness and honesty from the team here.
Alec Fisher,Amber is the boss. Every time I have a problem with my cars, she takes the time to explain to me whats happeneing, what needs to be done, and why its important. She puts up with my incessant questioning and whining and flipflopping on whether or not to spend the dough to get the repair done (I usually do). In a world full of opportunists, she and Bill have a high level of honesty regarding actual needed work vs. something that can probably wait. And it makes me trust that what they are saying is the truth.

Thats Junk,Let me tell you something. It’s unfortunately so rare to find a shop like this. Integrity, quality, friendliness all 100% guaranteed. I will bring every vehicle I ever own here. I will recommend this place to whomever asks. I think the lady’s name is amber I’m terrible with names. But she’s an angel, a literal, sent from heaven to help people like me in a time of need angel. Somebody give that woman an all expenses paid vacation.
Brian Butterly,I have had an issue with my car for over a year. I have brought it to 3 other supposed reputable mechanic shops in town. The check engine light has been on and it would idle rough. And would randomly die while sitting at a stoplight. $3,000 dollars later... my car was only running worse. I was only driving it when absolutely necessary. I actually brought it back to the last car repair shop 5 times. I spent over 1,500 with them. Each time being assured that the issue was finally taken care of. To get a few miles down the road and the same issues but only worsening. I called Meineke looking for a part that the last place said was wrong then and that the part was discontinued from GM. Meineke asked if I would like for them to look at that part... maybe it could be repaired. I brought it in to them. The part was fine.. not damaged at all. They replaced a few things... it was still giving me same issues. They asked me to drop it off to them. They kept it for a few days to investigate what else it could be. They called and said they were pretty positive they figured it out. They were replacing it for free. I have had the car back for a few weeks and it runs like a new car. It is a 2015... They were extremely kind. And I REALLY appreciate that they took their time... drove the car several times... and did everything they could to figure it out... FINALLY! After a year and alot of money my car is fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Great customer service! I finally have found a place that doesn't feel like I have been taken advantage of and lied to.
