Well 16 months ago you replaced my tensioner pulley and belt 6 months later you had to replace it again because it was faulty now it's 10 months later within that 16 months and it's faulty again and I've been telling you for over 2 months that it was bad I have brought in video you said you could not duplicate the noise and you told me my alternator was bad well I took it to two other mechanics both are prepared to write me statements that I did have to have the alternator replaced the alternator was killed due to a bad tensioner pulley and belt I was out $870 for a new alternator and now I have to have the tensioner pulley and belt replaced as well which should still be under warranty at your shop I am extremely disappointed you have told me numerous times it was not the belt I have been in contact with you six times and this will be the last time I will be in contact with you you need to contact me and make this right thank you
I have had to have my tensioner pulley and belt replace twice at meineke and within 10 months now again it's squealing and chirping and making the same noise it's slipping and failing and I have been down there I've made three phone calls to them about it and took the car in and they said everything is fine and it is not I took it to two other automotive shops who say the tensioner pulley and the belts are weak or something is wrong in that area I do not want to have to pay $300 to have it repaired at another shop when meineke is responsible for it I don't want to have to go to my attorney and have to get a lawsuit going because they won't take care of their work I'm extremely disappointed I thought they did good work and I was very satisfied at first but after they replaced it once within 6 months it was bad now they replace it again and 10 months it's bad it could be the parts because our mass produced maybe they were faulty but they're now telling me there's nothing wrong and I have taken video I have proof that there's something wrong the dates are on the video and I hope I can get this resolved and taken care of without having to take them to court I'm at a loss with what to do when they're telling me there's nothing wrong with my car when I can put the video right on here and let everybody see that it is not a happy customer
