My Jeep engine was overheating and the kind gentleman and scholar Charlie helped me get it squared away. Took a couple weeks but a transparent quote, consistent communication, calls for any changes on pricing on additional parts, maintaining reasonable expectations, and offering a complimentary car cleaning as well as an oil change on top of the repair. As a small business owner myself, I know customer service is critical. I would recommend the team at Meineke car center off State Street any time and will do so.

Diagnosis was leaking condenser. Got completion text at 9am the next morning. Great service. Thought about just recharging and having my mechanic work on it at home. Labor rates were so much lower here in Idaho that I decided to have it done here rather than in Calif.

I saw the Meineke sign and pulled in hoping they could help me out, and they got me in and back on the road in time for my appointment. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
