Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #2011
I was a few blocks from Meineke Shop.2011 when I damaged the front end of my car’s radiator. Eric Ford, General Manager, had many customers at the time but looked at my 2019 KIA within minutes. He promptly told me what he suspected but couldn’t assess the full damage until later afternoon. I respected him of being upfront with the timeline. Even before my car was on the hoist, he had already located parts. After photos were taken, Mr. Ford explained both to me then later again to my husband what needed to be repaired. I highly recommend his shop!
Carla Trees, the 5 stars sadly don't reflect the results of the inspection those guys did on my Durango, but service-wise with the inspection it certainly does. guy said 2 hours to do it and it was on point, nothing got backed up. the report at the end as well was pretty comprehensive, not just a point list, I liked that a lot. would gladly go back with a different shitty car.
Pawel Truszkowski,(Feb’24): It’s not the cheapest place; but they got it done fast, were very detailed about it, and were extremely friendly. A+, definitely going back. (Feb’25): Back again for different thing. figured it out super fast, got it done super fast, super informative, will continue to go back, A+. (Apr’25): Took for road noise, diagnosed fast and fixed issue, A+ (Jul’26): took a recently acquired vehicle for fuel leak, found that, but advised against any work as frame is shot and likely won’t last long. A+ <WILL NOT DO UNNECESSARY WORK OR WORK THAT WONT BEFIT YOU, VERY ETHICAL>
Caleb Decker,I was happy with my first experience with Meineke. Starting with the ease of making an online appointment and how quickly I could get my vehicle in. I was kept informed by text on when my vehicle was being diagnosed with a phone call to explain what was found. Then the part was installed the very next day! VERY IMPRESSED!
Marie Sereda,I have had great service from Meineke. My first time there I was looking for them to diagnose what was wrong with my car. They spent about 20 minutes checking my car over and realized it was my air filter that was not inserted correctly. They adjusted it for me, and told me there was no charge. I was so happy, I went over to Domino's & brought them back a stack of pizzas for lunch. (Another place had told me I needed a new catalytic converter.) Later in the year, I had them do a transmission flush on one of my vehicles. My car was so quiet when I went to leave that I couldn't tell it was already running for me. I was so happy with the results of that visit that I recently brought my second vehicle in for the same transmission flush. That vehicle is 16 years old and has 123K miles on it. It runs like it is new again. I highly recommend them for service on your vehicles. They listen to what you can tell them about your vehicle, and do an excellent job of following through to a very satisfactory result. Also they told me I would be out in an hour and I was each time for the transmission flushes.
