Looking at buying new truck. They found issues which helped us buy at a lower price but also fix the issues before going home.
I had a good experience, except at the end. After having the work completed, I found that using a credit card cost an extra 3%. There was a note on the countertop, but I did not notice it when I first came in. In the end, I understand that I acknowledged this and that it was "posted", but it still was a little upsetting to get the notification at the end of the process. Would still recommend, as they were nice and efficient. On target with the time to complete, as well, which makes a difference if you're staying versus dropping your car off.
Easy, nice customer service. Will return. Man upfront was great, tech was nice, perfect
