Tommy and James were fantastic! ! Long story short, we were travelling from Huntsville to Savannah and my engine light started blinking around a little town called Soperton at around 4:50PM on a Friday. The mechanic there checked it, gave me the number of a tow truck (just in case) and said I could make it if I took it easy. We DID make it and Saturday morning, I happened upon Meineke Car Care. These guys took such good care of me! They made sure I was comfortable while I waited and ended up having great conversation with Tommy. They told me everything I needed and went straight to work and had me finished at about 1230. So thank you guys for your hard work and kindness! It is rare to find a place like that. The prices were reasonable (especially for what I needed) and I am so grateful to them. It's so stressful to have any car trouble but especially out of town. I would definitely use them again!
These guys are rock stars. James got my Pacifica in with next to no notice on a Saturday when my car was having trouble starting and check engine light came on, as my family was traveling from Florida home to Indiana. They worked nonstop to try to diagnose an Evap issue and get us back on the road before they closed. James personally made several trips to parts stores to find a new purge valve in time to get us up and running. He even stayed after close to help finish the job. The whole team went above and beyond. We would have been stranded for the weekend without their prompt help, not to mention, the repair was a very reasonable price. If we ever break down in Savannah again, I know where I’m taking my car. Can’t thank them enough.
