Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Lawrenceville, GA #2901

I got an oil change, emissions, and a tire rotation last November on 11/26/25 for my Mitsubishi Mirage G4 ES at Grease Monkey down the street. The car has not been really driven too much since, except through neighborhoods, since I had other things that prevented me from driving. Today, I found out the true extent of the previous work, and I am honestly SO thankful I went to Meineke! I went to Meineke to get a horrible back tire/wheel well sound checked out - one that I had previously mentioned to the owner of Grease Monkey (I am guessing?) because I heard it. He then drove it and told me he heard "no sound." Fast forward, I'm at Meineke. Meineke lets me know that Grease Monkey never put back the tire lock key in my trunk where my spare was. I called Grease Monkey, and they did not have it, which I understood since it had been almost a year. Meineke went out of their way to find a solution to get the tires off so they could properly inspect the vehicle. Then came the worse news!!! It turns out these people did not torque anything on the two back tires. In fact, I was advised by Meineke that I would have probably been in a very dangerous situation if I was using this car actively on highways. With that being said, I feel like I deserve a refund for poor work... almost $151.91 for a potential death wish? No, thanks. If you have teenagers, think of them in a wreck on the 85 highway, because if I was a parent, I would have been more livid than I was. I am just thankful that I heard the sound and that Meineke took the time to actually find out what was wrong. The people at Meineke were kind and lovely. They were genuinely scared for me when they saw how bad the job was, and they went out of their way to make sure I was safe. They fixed the issue at no charge! That meant a lot to me. Literally, just go to Meineke down the street. They treated me with kindness, took my concerns seriously, found the problem, and made sure my car was safe. I am extremely grateful to the Meineke team for looking out for me when they could have easily just done the basic inspection and sent me on my way.

I'm here from out of town and my car was stopping. I looked up Meineke as closest to where I'm staying. Shaun answered the phone and he was very pleasant. When I got there he explained the diagnostic with pricing and confirmed if it was OK I said yes because I need to get back home. He said you've done the hard part by bringing it in. He said we'll take care of you. He told me what the problem was and it was fixed in about 1.5 hours, as he said. He was so nice and comforting and made an unpleasant situation better. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and with Shaun. Great experience!!

I got a car from Carvana and it had some issues, so they referred me to this Meineke location to assess the issues. Shawn was very friendly, respectful and amazingly helpful in getting the warranty company to cover the parts and labor of everything that needed to be fixed. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and uncovered another issue that will be addressed in the near future. The shop itself was super clean and well kept.

Nothing but positive things to say about this shop. Martin is always helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I understand my options. I never hesitate to bring my car back here and trust that I’m getting fair service every time.

My first time visiting I had an amazing experience with the staff. Found out me and the manager are actually from New Orleans. They where so welcoming and supportive, respectful and courteous didn’t take long to get me in without a appointment so I appreciated that I would say my overall experience was a 100% worth it thanks to everyone who had a hand in getting me in and out
