Today was my first time visiting a Meineke location, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and atmosphere. After arriving early for my 9 am appt, Shawn greeted me professionally, "Mr. Edwards". The waiting room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Shawn set me up with Jared, the service technician (mechanic) on duty. Together, they provided me and my vehicle everything that we needed to ensure that I was satisfied with the results ... and I was, and at a reasonable price! I'd highly recommend this location to those living within driving distance.
Shawn & Kearney were awesome! They were very patient with me in explaining what was going on with my car. Shawn got me right in and they kept me abreast of what was going on during repairs. Very professional & friendly. I felt very comfortable with them. This is the new home for me and my car. 😃
